Who We Are
Blackcore Holdings offers a long-term approach to business ownership. We acquire and operate essential service businesses with a focus on continuity, discipline, and long-term value creation.
Our PrinciplesAcross Canada, thousands of strong businesses are approaching a transition point. Owners are stepping back, but many lack a clear successor.
These are not failing businesses—they are profitable, trusted, and deeply embedded in their communities. Without the right transition, they risk being undervalued, mismanaged, or lost entirely.
Black Core Holdings exists to provide a structured, long-term path forward.
